When you made a Blooket account, you clicked a little box. You probably didn’t even read it. But, if you did, you would know that it stated you agreed to Blooket’s Tos and Privacy Policy.
But what does that mean? The ToS is what you do, and the Privacy Policy is what they do, put simply.
In this article, we will break down the entire Tos. Enjoy!

DISCLAIMER
This is JUST our translation of the Tos. We are not claiming rights of the tos, and blooket’s tos is subject to change. you can read the full terms at blooket.com/terms.
Agreement and Use of Blooket
To start, let’s cover the start. You agree to them by using blooket.com or any subdomain, and both you AND Blooket agree. If you use it with a school or other institution, and they have an agreement with Blooket, they control your use, rather than Blooket. You aren’t allowed to share any account info aside from your username, and they can change your username/nickname at any time.
Restrictions on Usage and Account Management
Now they say that you can only use their assets and services non-commercially, meaning you can’t sell anything. In addition, teacher accounts are not able to be taken by their school or district, however, if they lose the email they can’t recover it. If a student is below age, they can only create an account by invitation from a teacher, school, or district. They also talk a bit about COPPA, which we won’t cover here. If a class is co-taught and conflict arises, Blooket leaves it to the school. They then talk more about child protection laws, which you can read yourself on your government’s website.
Refunds, Features, and Code of Conduct
They don’t do any kind of refund. They can also withdraw features from free or paid plans at any time. You can only use the free plan for non-commercial purposes, but you can use the paid plan for commercial purposes. They are allowed to offer a trial, but also revoke it at any time. The trial works normally. If the price drops, they don’t refund you.
You can’t do anything with the website’s code, or hack, obviously. That includes cheats, bots, and any other codes.
You have to be responsible for what you post.
Legal Disclaimer
If you sue them, it’s on you under Delaware law. You can’t have a class action lawsuit against them.
