What If Trading Came to Blooket?

If you’ve spent more than five minutes on the Blooket subreddit, you already know what everyone is yelling about. Trading. The feature that has been teased, delayed, hyped up, and memed on for YEARS. And honestly? I am also the real fan of this. Because if Blooket trading ever actually came out, it would completely change the game.

So let’s talk about it. What would trading actually look like? What blooks would be worth the most? And what should you be doing RIGHT NOW to prepare for it?

What Is Blooket Trading, Exactly?

Trading means you could swap your blooks with other players. So if your friend has a duplicate King and you have an extra Astronaut, you could just… trade. You dont need to grind for the same blook you already have. No more crying because the RNG hates you.

The concept has been teased since 2022, when it briefly appeared in the market on April Fools’ Day as a joke. Blooket literally put up a “Trading Plaza” button, and when you clicked it, a popup said “Just Kidding! Not Yet…” Yeah. That was cruel.

What We Know About the Trading Plaza So Far

Here’s the actual confirmed info (no rumors, no fake leaks):

• It’s still unreleased. As of 2026, Blooket has not officially launched trading. No official release date exists right now.
• A leaked screenshot from 2023 showed what it might look like up to 9 blooks on each side of a trade, plus tokens involved to balance deals.
• Retired blooks could be tradeable, but unreleased blooks (ones that were never officially available) probably won’t be.
• The developer, Ben, has confirmed it’s being worked on but it keeps getting pushed back because there are things that still need to be polished.

So it’s real, We just don’t know when it’s comming. (And yes, the community has been writing Christmas parody songs about it.)

What Blooks Would Be the Most Valuable in Trading?

Okay THIS is the fun part. If trading dropped tomorrow, here’s what would probably be the rarest and most wanted blooks:

Mysticals (Insanely Rare)

There are estimated to be only 70–80 players in the entire game who own a Mystical blook. These would basically be untradeable in practice no one’s giving up a Mystical. But if someone did? It would be the trade of the century.

One-Time Blooks (Contest Prizes & Exclusives)

There are blooks like Party Pig (only 13 exist) and Wise Owl (about 189 exist) were awarded once and can never be obtained again through normal gameplay. These would be insanely rare trade items and most owners probably won’t trade them.

Legendaries & Chromas

These are the ones most players would actually be trading. If you pull a duplicate Legendary from a pack, you’d finally have a way to make it useful trade it for one you actually want.

Duplicates (The Most Traded)

Realistically, most trades are gonna be people offloading their 47th Lil Bot for something slightly more useful. And honestly? That’s still progress.

What Should You Do RIGHT NOW to Prepare for Trading?

I really dont know if trading will drop tommorrow or will never drop in future. But, you can still be prepared for it. Here’s how you can:

1. Stack your tokens. The more packs you open, the more blooks you’ll have to trade with. Start saving tokens if you’re not already.

2. Don’t discard duplicates. That extra Legendary sitting in your collection could be worth a lot to someone else once trading launches.

Blooket trading isn’t here yet. But when it comes, it’s going to be a huge deal and the players who actually understand blook rarity and have been building their collections are going to have the biggest advantage.
